Up in the air for all to see. <\/strong>Hanging plants are often overlooked in houses, offices, and work areas. With all the options available to decorate interior spaces, it can be easy to disregard the benefits of getting a plant or two up at eye level and in the view of the building’s occupants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanging plants are typically seen outside around patios or next to walk-in doorway entrances. Sometimes, at an outdoor restaurant, you’ll see some hanging planters<\/a> near the window, allowing the restaurant patrons to smell the wonderful flower aromas rather than the sometimes unpleasant smells around them (think auto exhaust).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking those smells and sights inside can be just as beneficial for employees and customers. A hanging indoor plant in a greeting room or entrance could make for a memorable first impression as business owners greet their guests. Or a nice hanging plant behind a desk or in a waiting room area can be a welcome addition that looks interesting and adds a great fresh scent at any time of the year. In other words, the focal point inside a building doesn’t have to be the desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
