Each vinyl-wrapped planter arrives ready to install and serves as the perfect base for evergreen arrangements, poinsettias, and other Christmas foliage. Our professional-grade, lightweight fiberglass also reduces up-front labor time in your busy holiday season by making transport easy during installation and tear-down.

Please note: artwork scale may differ slightly from photos (±15%). Seams may be visible on one or more corners, and patterns may shift slightly from edge to edge.
We offer a 30-day return window from invoice date on all products except fiberglass items (due to their custom-painted nature), custom fabricated items such as aluminum planters, planters with added drainage holes, and clearance items. All authorized returns will be refunded the total order amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the order subtotal and the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location. Returns must be received in sellable condition, otherwise credit is subject to our discretion. No returns will be accepted without advance consent.
Claims or Shortages
For orders delivered via freight, visible signs of damage during shipping must be noted on the receipt at time of delivery. For these or any other damages or shortages, we must also be notified within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to replace any products free of charge due to time constraints for filing damage claims with the carrier. The customer must keep all shipping boxes, packing material, and damaged item(s) for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be given.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation after shipping, and/or if the shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee of the order subtotal plus the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location.
Our zone-based pricing applies to both ground shipments (via FedEx or UPS) and LTL pallet orders.* Locate your zone below and add the percentage to the net total of your order (pre-tax) to calculate your shipping and handling costs.
Orders up to $500
Standard ground orders that are $500 or less before tax are calculated by your Zone % + $19.95, with a minimum shipping cost of $24.95.

Commercial Liftgate Service - Additional $80
Liftgate service is required by most freight carriers delivering to a commercial location without a receiving dock.
Freight orders with delivery to (1) a commercial site not accessible by a semi-truck with trailer, or (2) any residential location, require additional services including vehicle transfer and liftgate service. Please note that freight carriers cannot guarantee specific delivery time windows for these addresses.
