Minimum Order Quantities

Most products in our catalog are available without a formal minimum order quantity. Specialty items, custom finishes, and import-direct or custom silhouette orders may carry MOQs. Your account rep will confirm specifics when you're spec'ing a project.

Shipping and Lead Times

We ship wholesale planter orders across the United States and can provide custom shipping quotes to international locations. Our warehouse is set up for large-volume orders. 

  • In-stock, non-custom items: typically ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation
  • Custom-finished planters: lead times are noted on each applicable product page on our website and can fluctuate based on seasonal demand
  • Freight shipping on large pallet orders: logistics coordinated as part of the order process. 
  • Special order and import-direct items: lead times vary and are confirmed by your rep before the order is placed
  • Rush orders: orders requiring same-day processing (picking, packing, or shipping) in order to meet a delivery date set by the customer will be assessed a fee of $100 or 3% of the net order total, whichever is greater.
