Cross Risers - Self-Watering System
Plants thrive with the use of a Cross Risers self-watering system. Bottom watering allows essential air pockets to be retained. When used properly, the Cross Risers system delivers the perfect amount of water to your plant's roots without suppressing air flow.
How to Use Cross Risers
Insert your wick (sold separately) into the grow pot. Assemble your cross risers in the bottom of a water tight plant container. Place your grow pot onto the assembled unit. The cross risers create a reservoir for water at the base of your container. The end of the wick is sub-merged in this water allowing moisture to be "wicked" up to the plant's roots as needed.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from invoice date on all products except fiberglass items (due to their custom-painted nature), custom fabricated items such as aluminum planters, planters with added drainage holes, and clearance items. All authorized returns will be refunded the total order amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the order subtotal and the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location. Returns must be received in sellable condition, otherwise credit is subject to our discretion. No returns will be accepted without advance consent.
Claims or Shortages
For orders delivered via freight, visible signs of damage during shipping must be noted on the receipt at time of delivery. For these or any other damages or shortages, we must also be notified within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to replace any products free of charge due to time constraints for filing damage claims with the carrier. The customer must keep all shipping boxes, packing material, and damaged item(s) for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be given.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation after shipping, and/or if the shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee of the order subtotal plus the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location.

Important Information for Freight Orders
Commercial Liftgate Service - Additional $75
Liftgate service is required by most freight carriers delivering to a commercial location without a receiving dock.
Limited Access & Residential (Includes Liftgate Service) - Additional $100
Freight orders with delivery to (1) a commercial site not accessible by a semi-truck with trailer, or (2) any residential location, require additional services including vehicle transfer and liftgate service. Please note that freight carriers cannot guarantee specific delivery time windows for these addresses.
