Liftgate service is required by most freight carriers delivering to a commercial location without a receiving dock.
Freight orders with delivery to (1) a commercial site not accessible by a semi-truck with trailer, or (2) any residential location, require additional services including vehicle transfer and liftgate service. Please note that freight carriers cannot guarantee specific delivery time windows for these addresses.
Acceptance by NewPro Corp of any order from the customer will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the customer shall be deemed to have purchased with full knowledge of these conditions. All orders shipped are prepaid unless customer has submitted a credit application. All credit applications are subject to approval by NewPro Corp.
Payment for all orders must be processed prior to shipment unless the customer has an approved credit account or a pending credit application with NewPro Corp. Pricing for each order is determined by the most current available price list at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current price lists are available here.
Ground orders placed after 12pm ET requiring same-day processing (picking, packing, or shipping) in order to meet a delivery date set by the customer will be assessed a fee of $100 or 3% of the net order total, whichever is greater.
Cancellation requests must be received prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation after shipping, and/or if the shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee of the order subtotal plus the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location.
For orders delivered via freight, visible signs of damage during shipping must be noted on the receipt at time of delivery. For these or any other damages or shortages, we must also be notified within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to replace any products free of charge due to time constraints for filing damage claims with the carrier. The customer must keep all shipping boxes, packing material, and damaged item(s) for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be given.
We offer a 30-day return window from invoice date on all products except fiberglass items (due to their custom-painted nature), custom fabricated items such as aluminum planters, planters with added drainage holes, and clearance items. All authorized returns will be refunded the total order amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the order subtotal and the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location. Returns must be received in sellable condition, otherwise credit is subject to our discretion. No returns will be accepted without advance consent.
