SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Do you charge for shipping?

Standard Items

Prices and shipping percentages are designed for wholesale trade customers that purchase in volume. Due to the packaging inefficiencies of smaller orders; actual freight will be added to all orders under $200.
 
NewPro Pricing no longer includes shipping & handling. Shipping charges will now be determined by shipping destination. (See chart below)
 
Over-sized Items
 
Large plant containers (generally larger than 24" in diameter) will be charged actual freight. Please call for freight quote. 
 
Note: These policies only apply for shipments within the continental United States. For shipments outside of the US, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a freight quote.

Can you help me understand dimensional weight?

Dimensional weight comes into play when a large, yet lightweight item is being shipped. Light packages that take up a lot of room will actually cost carrier's money if they were to charge based on actual weight. Enter dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is a calculation of an assumed weight of a package based on its measurements. If the package's length x width x height / the carrier's dimensional factor is greater than the packages actual weight, the carrier will charge based on dimensional weight.


When will I get my order?

All instock orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time, will be shipped same day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All orders shipped are prepaid unless customer has submitted a credit application. All credit applications are subject to approval by NewPro Corp.


How do I add or remove a payment method from my account?

For security purposes, NewPro does not store your credit information via our website. If you need to update this information, please call 1.800.869.9285 and speak to one of our Customer Service Experts.
