The Tiergarden Fiberglass Planter combines style and functionality. The unique construction of this vessel enables designers and landscapers to add a decorative element to areas that otherwise would go bare. The tiered-shape planter box can be placed on and over rails, ledges and other hard-to-fit areas throughout restaurants, resorts, hotels and other commercial spaces. Measuring in at three feet long and 10 inches wide, the Tiergarden Rectangle Planter is equipped to provide a streamlined presentation of greenery with plenty of impact.
Skilled craftsmen make the Tiergarden Planter of high quality fiberglass, hand finishing it in one of over 20 hues through an automotive grade process that keeps it resistant to fading, even with continuous exposure to direct sunlight or other extreme weather. The lightweight yet highly durable planter is designed to be leak proof so that it can be used throughout interior spaces. With the addition of drainage holes, it stands up to the task of beautifying areas in exterior applications.
Available in over 20 vibrant colors, the Tiergarden Rectangle Fiberglass Planter can be used in custom design projects with ease. Select finishes like Matte Charcoal, Matte Black or Matte White for a more sophisticated presentation, or try it in Metallic Silver, Metallic Bronze or Glossy Red for a bit of drama. The Tiergarden will fit on a 2.5" rail space.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from invoice date on all products except fiberglass items (due to their custom-painted nature), custom fabricated items such as aluminum planters, planters with added drainage holes, and clearance items. All authorized returns will be refunded the total order amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the order subtotal and the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location. Returns must be received in sellable condition, otherwise credit is subject to our discretion. No returns will be accepted without advance consent.
Claims or Shortages
For orders delivered via freight, visible signs of damage during shipping must be noted on the receipt at time of delivery. For these or any other damages or shortages, we must also be notified within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to replace any products free of charge due to time constraints for filing damage claims with the carrier. The customer must keep all shipping boxes, packing material, and damaged item(s) for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be given.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation after shipping, and/or if the shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee of the order subtotal plus the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location.
Warranty Information
This product is backed by our NewPro 3 Year Warranty.
NewPro Corp stands by the quality of our fiberglass and custom painted planters. Each planter holds a three (3) year warranty from the time of acceptance of the product. We warrant the initial purchaser of our products that they are of quality material and workmanship, and are free of manufacturing defects. NewPro Corp, at its sole discretion, will repair, exchange, or give credit for the original purchase price of any item proving to be defective materials or workmanship. Mishandling, misuse, abuse, failure to follow directions for use, unauthorized modifications, neglect, accidents or any other hazards to the product voids the three-year warranty. Handling and planting instructions to ensure the longevity of your planter are available online at newprocontainers.com. It is highly encouraged to follow these instructions for the best use of NewPro planters. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that water can drain sufficiently from the containers during outdoor use. This is notably important in regions that are subject to freezing conditions. Please note that NewPro Corp will not be liable for labor, shipping, delivery or any othercosts associated with a claim.

Our zone-based pricing applies to both ground shipments (via FedEx or UPS) and LTL pallet orders.* Locate your zone below and add the percentage to the net total of your order (pre-tax) to calculate your shipping and handling costs.
Orders up to $500
Standard ground orders that are $500 or less before tax are calculated by your Zone % + $19.95, with a minimum shipping cost of $24.95.

Liftgate service is required by most freight carriers delivering to a commercial location without a receiving dock.
Limited Access & Residential (Includes Liftgate Service) - Additional $200
Freight orders with delivery to (1) a commercial site not accessible by a semi-truck with trailer, or (2) any residential location, require additional services including vehicle transfer and liftgate service. Please note that freight carriers cannot guarantee specific delivery time windows for these addresses.
